Yogurt with Nut Butter & Fruit (1 serving)

5 ounces fat free greek yogurt

4 ounces mixed berries (blue, ras, blackberries)

1 tablespoon Peanut or Almond Butter

1 teaspoon honey

Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place yogurt, berries, nut butter, and honey in a bowl. Top with cinnamon & serve.
