Biomechanics Assessment

The Biomechanics Intake Assessment is your starting point — a dedicated session to understand how your body moves, where it holds tension, and what patterns have been running the show. By the end of our first session together, you'll already have tools to begin unwinding and a clear picture of the path forward.

Individualized Biomechanics & Weightlifting Program

Built entirely from your intake assessment, your program weaves together foam rolling, specific postures, and nervous system practices with progressive weightlifting — so every session unwinds the body and builds strength at the same time.

This isn't a program you follow. It's a program built for you.

Available in person in Santa Cruz or remotely.

 

1:1 Meetings/ Communication

Weekly or biweekly check-ins — your choice — to review progress, adjust your program, and keep the momentum going. Meet in person for a walk around Santa Cruz or virtually via Zoom, wherever works best for you.

In-Person Training Add-On

Already on a biomechanics program? Add in-person training sessions at a discounted rate and take your work deeper — hands-on, real-time, and fully integrated with everything we're building together.

Available in Santa Cruz. Hybrid options welcome.
